Live your best Italian summer right here in NYC Did you know Eataly opened their first location in 2007 in Torino Italy. Today there are 40 locations worldwide including 3 right here in NYC We got a chance to tour the market where we tasted fresh mozzarella, Parmesan and different meats. We also got to taste some of their home made gelato which was delicious After getting to see and taste everything Eataly had to offer (including some chilled Prosecco) we took a cooking class where we got to make fresh pasta. It was so delicious. It’s the perfect way to spend the day on NYC when you want a taste of Italy closer to home.
