  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the app (a direct link or screenshot is helpful).
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that content you posted was mistakenly removed or disabled under a DMCA takedown, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

TripShepherd may, at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
