Cancellations and Refunds
For Experiences
If you book an experience through Tripshepherd, you are eligible for a refund based on when you cancel:
100% Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the experience start time.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time.
For Events
No refunds are available for event bookings, regardless of when the cancellation is made. This applies to all cancellations, whether made before or within 24 hours of the event start time.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Tripshepherd app to be eligible for processing.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking:
- Go to your Booked Experiences or Booked Events section in the app.
- Select the booking you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Booking and confirm.
Once canceled, your refund (if eligible) will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Additional Terms
- Refunds are only available for cancellations initiated by the guest.
- If an experience is canceled by the host, you will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
- Tripshepherd reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
